Goal: Showcase the value of the Chegg course experience on the Course Dashboard

One-Stop Shop-Surface the right/relevant tools for a user directly on the dashboard itself as determined by their course.

Organize Content for Me-Surface topics in a course in an organized and curated manner for easy access by a student.

Focus My Efforts- Personalize and predict the right content for students to help them study smarter. 

Results: Order confirmation test launched in March'2020 led to 7.2% improvement.

Simplifying NFT collateralised loans for Borrowers and Lenders- Web

Goal: At the time of writing Zharta's protocol houses more than $1.2 million in TVL. The platform has facilitated more than $2.67 million in loans all time. Product Discovery aims to understand what is preventing users from converting and how to tackle those issues. 

Organic Conversion: Creating a well optimised information hierarchal structure will help visitors quickly and easily take a loan

What might influence user Behaviour: Max Loan value for their assets. Post about new  pricing Conditions (LTV, APR)

Open platform (user can explore without Wallet Connected): Change platform entrance page from Lending Pool Page to Lending Pool Details Page

Results: In Sep/Nov' 2023 we just crossed 2000 ETH in Total Loan Volume! Surpassed $2M, with $1M in outstanding loans!

Goal: OLX, one of India’s largest classifieds to buy, sell and exchange products, wanted to revamp their mobile experience, increase conversion and create a C2C

Redesigned: Core parts of the buyer and seller experience that could stay relevant for years to come.

Understanding Data Insights: Introduced location filters for buyers to find products nearby.

Content Hierarchy: Redesigned the home page to a “browse what you like” instead of “search what you need” experience.

Simplified the Ad Creation: User journey for sellers image-first and used AI to fetch product descriptions.

Enhanced Filters: To enable users to quickly find the products or services they are looking for.
